  • David Lee is a Member of Engineers Australia and has more than 39 years’ experience in design and documentation of concrete & steel structures, formwork systems including fabrication & installation, construction planning, project management, building operations and maintenance.

 

  • David specialises in BIM forensic claim investigation, BIM model creation and asset data development, conversion of 2D geometry to 3D model element, integration of asset data to 3D model, 4D simulation, As Planned vs As Built analysis, construction staging, sequencing and constructability, hospital facilities maintenance & operations, asset management, capital & minor works project management.
