Ian Kremmer, Managing Director) is an accredited Member of the Academy of Experts (UK) and has testified in Arbitration court hearings. He has prepared numerous comprehensive Expert Witness Delay & Disruption Reports using fact-based methods, technical expertise and extensive project experience to identify the extent, cause and responsibility for actual delay and disruption and resulting cost and time impacts.

Ian is a qualified civil/structural engineer with over 40 years of hands-on experience gained working for Tier 1 contractors, consultants, government organisations and owners on major civil, building, airport, road, rail, mining, resource & IT projects specialising in construction engineering, constructability & staging, design management, tender & construction planning, procurement strategy, project controls, schedule quality and schedule risk analysis.

He has prepared construction programmes and provided strategic construction engineering, planning, design, procurement and program management advice and support systems on many of the largest projects within Australia and overseas. Ian is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner.

David is a Member of Engineers Australia and has more than 39 years’ experience in design and documentation of concrete & steel structures, formwork systems including fabrication & installation, construction planning, project management, building operations and maintenance.
